I provide supportive, one-to-one virtual sessions to help you break things down, make decisions and move forward without pressure. Nothing rigid – just steady guidance and accountability, shaped around you.

Virtual declutter coaching isn’t about being told what to do

It’s about having someone alongside you to help you think clearly, stay focused and work through decisions that feel heavy when you’re on your own.

Many people I work with know what they want to do but struggle to start or keep going. Distraction, overwhelm or decision fatigue can quickly bring things to a halt, especially when life is already full.

My role is to help you slow things down, break tasks into manageable steps and create momentum in a way that feels supportive, not draining.

A one-hour Zoom session where we look at your space together, explore what’s getting in the way, clarify priorities and agree realistic goals.

You’ll get a tailored step-by-step plan showing what to tackle first and how to avoid overwhelm, working at your own pace.

Follow-up Support

I’m available via email for five working days after your kickstart session to answer questions and help you stay on track.

For more structure and accountability, you can book additional weekly check-in sessions in blocks of four or eight.

The kickstart is a one-off Zoom call where we explore your space, challenges and goals. Afterwards, you get a detailed action plan. Accountability sessions are optional follow-ups where we look at progress, troubleshoot and plan next steps.
